Administrator for International Language School in Vianden
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at an international language school in Vianden. As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative processes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and grades
- Assist with recruitment efforts by responding to inquiries and organizing interviews
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure timely submission of lesson plans and other materials
- Prepare reports and presentations on school performance for management review
- Manage inventory and orders for office supplies and teaching materials
- Support the overall functioning of the school by providing administrative assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
