We are currently hiring a Teamlead to oversee our English speaking part-time job positions in Siauliai. This position is suitable for men who have experience in a similar role and are fluent in English. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of Malayalee employees who are working part-time. Your main duties will include assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, monitoring performance, and ensuring that deadlines are met.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills. You should also have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in a similar industry. As this is an English speaking job, fluency in English is essential.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$. We do not provide accommodation, so this position is ideal for those who already live in or near Siauliai. However, if you require visa sponsorship, we can assist with the process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of Malayalee employees working part-time
