Office Manager
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your main duties will include overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating with other departments, and supervising office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Supervise office staff and provide training as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Organize meetings and events as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
