Office Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract Position)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office activities including reception, filing systems, mail distribution, and supplies inventory.
- Maintain and update employee records, schedules, and attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
