Job Title: Merchandiser

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a way that attracts and engages customers. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans for retail stores
- Ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing way
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or replenishing products
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer preferences and buying habits
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
