Office Assistant in Ajman, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)


A reputed company in Ajman is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for a job without the requirement of English language or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
- Order office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked at all times
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language requirement
- Previous office experience is not required but will be considered a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

Salary: 1400$ per month
