Barista - Coffee Specialist (Indian Nationals) in Al-Kuwait

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Indian nationals to join our team as a Barista - Coffee Specialist in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Ensure consistent quality of all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and addressing any customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Stay updated on current coffee trends, techniques, and products

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
