Barista (Indian Nationals Only)


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al-Kuwait. As an Indian national with excellent English-speaking skills, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee-based drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment, and visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Ensure product quality by following established recipes and procedures
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality or strong knowledge of Indian culture/cuisine
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
