Entry-Level Barista in Al-Kuwait (For Non-Native English Speakers)



We are excited to offer an entry-level barista position in our bustling coffee shop located in Al-Kuwait. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea drinks to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This position is open to non-native English speakers who are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all drinks are consistently prepared and served with high-quality ingredients, presentation, and taste.
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the preparation area, dining area, and restrooms.
- Follow health codes, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve beverage knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- Must be a non-native English speaker with basic communication skills in English.
- No previous experience as a barista is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must have a valid biometric passport or residency permit for working in Kuwait.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
