Preservation Architect



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Preservation Architect, you will play a crucial role in preserving historical buildings and structures, ensuring their structural integrity and historical significance are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to identify preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, taking into account structural stability, environmental factors, and historical significance
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation plans
- Oversee all aspects of preservation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Conduct research on materials and techniques used in the original construction of historical buildings
- Monitor ongoing maintenance and repairs to ensure they align with preservation goals
- Advise clients on best practices for preserving their historical properties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and styles
- Familiarity with preservation laws and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, but may require travel to different locations for project assessments.

Preference:
This job is open to Egyptian candidates who possess a valid biometric passport. English language proficiency is not required. Previous experience is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for preserving historical structures.
