Smelter Operator

Our company, located in Nakuru, is seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to melt and refine metals. This full-time position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided for our Egyptian employee.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Monitor raw materials and adjust process controls as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on melted metals
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of metal melting processes and equipment operation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Fluent in English
