Seasonal Waiter in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Seasonal Waiter to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests' requests
- Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, glasses, and napkins
- Assist with menu suggestions and provide recommendations on wine pairing based on guests' preferences
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments using cash or credit cards accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floor, etc.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have legal authorization to work in Portugal
