Shaper for Surfboard Manufacturing Company in Malindi, Kenya


We are a leading surfboard manufacturing company based in Malindi, Kenya and we are seeking a talented Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and designing high-quality surfboards according to customer specifications and company standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national currently living in Malindi or willing to relocate
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience in surfboard shaping is not necessary but preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided by the company

Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer requests and design custom surfboards accordingly
- Shape foam blanks into desired shapes using hand tools and power tools
- Apply fiberglass, resin, and other materials to create the final product
- Ensure all surfboards meet quality standards before delivery to customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
