A renowned construction company in Washington, USA is seeking experienced Fitters to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit specific requirements
- Install mechanical systems such as pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to identify issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project completion

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools such as saws, grinders, wrenches, etc.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)
