We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant in Salalah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing all staff, creating work schedules, monitoring food and beverage quality, handling customer complaints, and maintaining inventory and budget control. You will also be responsible for promoting and marketing the restaurant to attract new customers and maintain a loyal customer base.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position is open to Indian nationals with at least 12th grade education. English language proficiency is not required but would be beneficial. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
