Looking for a dynamic and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. We are specifically seeking candidates from Kenya with a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote language development
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Native proficiency in English (preferably Kenyan)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adapt and learn new teaching methods

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. Accommodation, visa, and airfare will be provided by the company.
