A construction company in Ufa is seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building temporary structures and molds used to pour concrete foundations, walls, and other structures. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow construction plans accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine formwork specifications
- Cut, measure, and assemble materials according to specifications
- Install formwork using hand and power tools
- Pour concrete into formwork and smooth surfaces using trowels
- Remove formwork once concrete has cured
- Inspect completed structures for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Flexibility to work in different weather conditions
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.
