We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as provide guidance and training on various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure software applications as needed
- Assist with network setup and maintenance
- Train users on new systems or applications as needed
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and software applications (Windows OS preferred)
- Familiarity with network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN)
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
