Job Title: Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan (Preference for local candidates)
Salary: 1000$ per month

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with excellent organizational and time management skills. As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and take messages or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Keep track of office inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
