Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and be able to work part-time hours. This role is open to both men and women, and accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

This position is located in Khanpur.
