We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Washington. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other diagrams
- Dig trenches, ditches, or holes as directed by project plans
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per week.
Nationality: Indians preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Language requirement: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
