Restaurant Manager (Pakistani Nationals) - Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Pakistani national, you will bring your unique cultural background and knowledge to our restaurant, providing an authentic experience for our customers.

Salary: 1200$

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits. Your main duties will include:

- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitoring expenses and controlling costs to maximize profits

Required qualifications:
- Pakistani nationality (preference)
- Fluent in English (speaking Urdu or other regional languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in a similar role (contract job)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
