We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a popular restaurant in Mombasa. This position is suitable for Malayalees, Filipinos, and individuals with English speaking proficiency.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing revenue. You must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Create employee schedules and assign duties
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Collaborate with the head chef to create menu items that meet customer expectations
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. In addition, accommodation will be provided if needed.
