Concierge Assistant - Shan, Philippines


As a Concierge Assistant at our luxury hotel in Shan, Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will assist the Concierge in managing guest requests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Making reservations for dining, transportation, and other services
- Providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Handling guest complaints and finding appropriate solutions
- Ensuring the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required.
