Entry-Level Turner in Ufa, Russia

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating manual and CNC machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience or English language skills, as we provide on-the-job training and have a diverse team of Malayalees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders.
- Read blueprints or job orders to determine specifications and tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of parts.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical degree or certification in machining is preferred but not required.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to speak Malayalam fluently; English language skills are not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Basic math skills for making calculations and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
