Body Repair Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team in Akron. As a Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your expertise in body repair will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repair
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair body damage, including dents, scratches, and other imperfections
- Replace or repair damaged body panels, fenders, doors, and other components as needed
- Straighten frames and align vehicle parts to ensure proper fitment
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle's finish
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates for services
- Keep detailed records of all repairs performed on each vehicle

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Specialist or similar role
- Certification in auto body repair or equivalent training preferred
- Strong working knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1,600 per month for this position.
