Concrete Worker


We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Shan, Kenyans. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for working with concrete materials to construct and repair various structures such as roads, bridges, and buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment
- Build concrete forms and pour concrete into them according to blueprints or instructions
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools such as trowels, screeds, and power tools
- Monitor curing process of concrete to ensure proper strength development
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete structures using patching materials or replacement of sections
- Operate machinery and equipment such as cement mixers, pumps, and power saws
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to concrete work
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. Applicants must have their own valid visa for Kenyans. Accommodation will not be provided.
