We are currently seeking a part-time moderator to join our team in Funchal. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online content on our platforms, ensuring that it aligns with our company's guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content, including comments, posts, and messages.
- Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content.
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement community management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in moderation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with sensitive or controversial topics.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must have legal permission to work in Funchal.
