Senior Level Developer - Biometric Passport (Jerusalem)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team in Jerusalem and work on our cutting-edge biometric passport technology. As part of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining the software used for our biometric passport system. This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of software development principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain the software for our biometric passport system
- Collaborate with other developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to biometric passport systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a senior level role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++, as well as web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with developing biometric or secure authentication systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
