Requirements:
- Indian National
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of information technology trends and best practices
- Proven experience in project management and budgeting
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing staff, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure the security of our systems, networks, and data through regular maintenance, updates, and security measures
- Identify new technologies or processes that can improve efficiency or productivity within the company
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Manage projects from conception to completion within set timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in information technology
to provide guidance on potential opportunities for the company's growth
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide technical support and training as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Evaluate and recommend new software or hardware solutions to improve overall operations
