Land Surveyor (Part-Time)



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas and providing data for construction, engineering, and environmental projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Identifying property boundaries and preparing legal documents for property transactions
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on site
- Maintaining survey equipment and supplies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. Portuguese nationality or work permit is preferred.
