Body Repair Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Svalbard. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. You must have at least 5 years of experience in body repair, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Disassemble damaged vehicle parts and repair or replace them as necessary
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Weld or bond replacement parts into place
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the original finish
- Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Familiarity with various welding techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical fitness for performing manual labor
