Retail Merchandiser



As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays and maintaining stock levels in retail stores in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with store managers and buyers to ensure that products are effectively presented and promoted to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the appearance of store displays
- Ensure that shelves are properly stocked with appropriate products, including restocking and replenishing as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to appropriate parties
- Collaborate with store managers to develop promotions and sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Build relationships with store personnel and provide training on merchandising techniques when needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in retail merchandising is preferred but not required

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait. However, we welcome applications from non-Kuwaiti candidates who are fluent in English.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will not be provided for this position. Candidates must arrange their own housing.
