We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory management, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with both staff and customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
