Our busy restaurant in Nairobi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus that are both innovative and profitable
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including setting prices, controlling costs, and maximizing profits
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant operation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
