Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects, engineers, and designers, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify potential issues or risks and develop strategies to address them
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month

City: Remish

Preference for Indian nationality. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship and flight tickets will also be provided for non-local candidates.
