Merchandiser (St. Petersburg, Russia)



We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are stocked with the right products and displayed in an attractive manner to attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and strategize product placement and displays to maximize sales
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability and display quality
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional displays and campaigns
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and data analysis

Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation provided)
Nationality: Open to all nationalities, but preference given to male candidates due to physical demands of the job.
Language: Fluency in English is not required, but basic communication skills would be an advantage.
Other Requirements: Valid biometric passport is required for foreigners.
