Merchandising Coordinator - St. Petersburg, Canada


As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing product merchandising strategies for our company in St. Petersburg, Canada. Your main goal will be to increase brand visibility and drive sales by ensuring the right products are placed in the right stores at the right time. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of presentation and delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product placement
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock movement and making necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase our products in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for improvements to our own merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on proper product placement and visual merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are an asset)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid biometric passport (Canadian nationality preferred)

Salary:
$1600 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
