Sales Associate - Part-Time (English Speaking)

We are a fast-growing retail company seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Bayan. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for students looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge
- Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid biometric passport
