Part-time Architecture Manager (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur on a part-time basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and present proposals
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Khanpur (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)

Location: Khanpur (remote work may be possible during COVID-19 restrictions)
