Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur! As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of the design process
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into functional design solutions
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and other architectural documents
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure that construction is in accordance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building materials, construction methods, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, etc.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Khanpur (or willingness to learn)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
