Mason Supervisor

Our company is seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons in the construction of various projects in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in masonry work and will be responsible for ensuring quality work, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring safety standards are met. Must have a biometric passport and be able to work full time. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1600$. Preference will be given to candidates with Pakistani nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of masons in the construction of various projects
- Ensure quality work and timely completion of projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and materials for each project
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Enforce safety standards and regulations on job sites
- Train new masons on techniques and procedures as needed
- Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in masonry work
- Proven experience as a supervisor or foreman in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Biometric passport required for travel between job sites
- Able to work full time with flexibility for overtime when necessary
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
