Plasterboard Worker
Location: Braga, Portugal (Preference for Portuguese national)


We are a construction company specializing in interior renovations and we are currently seeking an experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Braga. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard panels in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels according to blueprints and specifications
- Fasten panels to walls or ceilings using screws or adhesive
- Fill joints, holes, and cracks with joint compound and smooth out surfaces using sandpaper or other tools
- Install metal corner beads for added strength
- Repair any damaged areas or imperfections on existing plasterboard surfaces
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various types of plasterboard materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit to carry out manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1600$ per month, depending on experience. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

A valid biometric passport is required for this position as it may involve travel within Portugal.
