Job Title: Sales Representative


We are a fast-growing international company based in Kaunas, seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients in various industries. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (minimum of 1 year)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards challenges
- Willingness to travel as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are eligible to work in Lithuania.
