Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and maintaining efficient office operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We welcome applications from Filipinos, foreigners, English speakers, and women. The location for this job is in Shan city. Prior experience is not required but preferred. Accommodation is not provided.
