Team Lead in Gujrat, India


We are hiring a motivated and skilled Team Lead to join our company in Gujrat, India. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees by assigning tasks, setting goals and providing support
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help improve productivity
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for successful project completion

- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions
- Identify training needs for the team and coordinate training sessions as needed

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or valid travel documents) is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role or managing a team effectively
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
