Entry-Level Commercial Architect

We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Entry-Level Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial facilities. This is a contract position that requires no prior experience, but we do offer accommodation to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress and ensure that it adheres to the design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Porto, Portugal

Contract type: Full-time contract
