Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Doha, Qatar. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and increase revenue
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients and supplies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports for upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Must have authorization to work in Qatar
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
