Plumber

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will be required to have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to plumbing work. Your duties may include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting pipes, and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters. You may also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions for leaks, clogs, or other plumbing problems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and possess strong problem-solving skills. This position does not include accommodation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
- Knowledge of various plumbing materials and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid plumbing license/certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints to determine layout of pipes and fixtures
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, solder or glue pipes according to specifications
- Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters etc.
- Troubleshoot issues with pipes or fixtures and provide solutions for leaks or clogs
- Follow building codes and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Salary: $1100/month
