We are hiring a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team in Shan, China. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and other equipment onto residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment according to engineering plans and specifications
- Perform site inspections to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Ensure all equipment is properly installed, connected, and secured according to safety standards
- Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning of the system
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures and equipment used
- Provide training to customers on how to operate and maintain their solar energy systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus benefits such as accommodation.
